Tower Staff Construction a successful family owned construction only recruitment business have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Payroll & Office Administrator for a full time and permanent position to join a small and friendly team. As Payroll & Office Administrator, your role will be to provide general administrative support to the office as well as managing the payroll process on a weekly basis for our temporary workers. You will be responsible for recording and processing the weekly payroll including Sage 50 as well as producing and recording invoices on a weekly basis.
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous knowledge they've gained from similar 'start to finish' payroll environments. In line with our startup culture, it is imperative that any candidate has a willingness to work and assist outside their direct responsibilities and can ably demonstrate an ability to work proactively using their initiative in every area of their role.
This is a perfect role for someone who likes a challenge, has a good knowledge of payroll processes and can process information in an efficient and accurate manner. Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
