To manage Ardmore's payroll operations, ensuring each stage of the payroll process is properly actioned, that staff are paid correctly, that correct payments are made, and appropriate information is communicated to pension provides, HMRC, benefits providers, and other statutory and regulatory bodies.
This role will be based at our Head Office in Islington and will be a Hybrid role that will consist of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. We require someone to cover a Maternity leave from January 2024 to March 2025, you will be offered a Fixed Term Contract.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the payroll from start to finish for 7 PAYE schemes with over 500 employees monthly.
- Managing 2 in house and 5 outsourced payrolls.
- Managing the payroll Implementation of new system.
- To process all, pay and reward.
- Administration of benefits; including auto enrolment, opting out and ensuring each month reconciling of payroll and pensions to ensure they are accurate.
- To effectively manage and respond to all queries regarding pay and benefits across the 7 PAYE schemes.
- This will be a sole role.
- Process up to 30 expense claims a month.
We're Looking For:
- CIPP Foundation Degree in Payroll Management
- Excel
- Document verification
- Strong numerical skills
- Good IT skills with ability to produce a variety of reports.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
