We work in partnership with South West Water to deliver planned and reactive maintenance to the water network across the South West. This means we help to keep the water supply running to millions of customers!
We have an exciting opportunity for a performance analyst to join our team working within the Network Service Delivery Alliance in Exeter.
About the role:
This is a complex and rewarding technical role, assisting us in developing reports on all aspects of the contract delivery, including analysis of data, reporting from a variety of systems and report/dashboard creation.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role you will have experience in accessing and extracting raw data from systems, with the proven ability to manipulate the data in order to present it clearly. You will also have a good working knowledge of Power BI, Coding, Macros and MS Office.
