Key Responsibilities:
  • Auditing the skills of our resources
  • Provide any mentoring or development needed to ensure efficient and effective execution of work in a cost effective and productive manner.
  • Implement, monitor and achieve targets for health and safety, customer satisfaction, quality, and commercial outputs as well as inputting into the development and implementation of consistent operating standards and processes.
  • Champion a Customer focused approach to ensure that the service you and the teams you work with strives toward our company aspiration.
  • Working closely with the client to develop best practice and improve processes where opportunities exist.
  • Manage both internal and external data and benchmarking analysis. Provide interpretation of the findings and recommend/implement strategies to enable Kier to improve its own business performance and compare it with competitors
  • Provide on-going analysis of internal business data. To include reporting on core activities of the services and ad-hoc analysis as and when requested
  • Maximise the day-to-day organisation, planning and control of labour, plant and resources to ensure efficiency
  • Ensure costs (plant, labour, material and fuel) and risks are controlled
  • Investigate customer complaints and quality issues, and facilitate resolution
