Position: Accountant
(Part Time) Hours: 9.00am to 1.00pm (4 Hours per day)
Day of Work: Monday/Friday
Location: Kildare
Salary: Neg DOE
Our client a Retail and Installation Company, PVC Walls, Ceilings, Resin Flooring & Drainage Systems, Wall Protection based in co. Kildare are looking for a part time Accountant to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Take complete control/responsibility of accounting duties.
Provide professional, proactive service, Payroll Processing.
Processing payments run.
Supplier invoice Data Entry.
Customer invoicing.
Debtor/creditor reconciliations.
Debtor collection.
Bank Reconciliation.
RCT Returns.
Prepare and enter journals on accounting package, Sage 50 Cloud.
Assist in assembling information for external auditors for the annual audit.
Key Skills:
Minimum of 4-6 years' experience in a similar role
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Knowledge of Sage Line 50 & Sage Payroll
Good organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
