Within Kier Utilities we have been working alongside telecoms clients for many years, keeping our customers connected via broadband and digital TV installations, including designing and installing fibre. Working in partnership with Virgin Media since 2002, we have been responsible for bringing 445,000 connections and 100 million fibre networks every year to customers throughout the UK.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Personal Assistant to join the Telecoms contract in Southampton. Your main responsibility will be to support the Senior Management Team with administrative duties, ensuring attention to detail throughout the work you complete. You'll need to handle clients contacts appropriately, compose correspondence and schedule appointments. Compiling board reports and producing weekly reports will also be part of your role as well as other ad hoc administration tasks.
What do we need from you?

We need someone with extensive experience in a Personal Assistant position or similar, who's fully competent with Microsoft Outlook and the Microsoft Office package. We're also looking for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and who has experience working with Directors or Senior Management. Commercial awareness and experience in Construction or Utilities is highly desirable.
