Job responsibilities
- Deal with sensitive and confidential business on behalf of the Managing Director/Directors
- Undertake the extraction, analysis and compilation of information for the Managing Director/Directors, including the preparation of reports and statistics of a complex nature
- Organise meetings, visits, travel, hospitality and other appropriate events involving the Managing Director/Directors
- Accompany the Managing Director/Directors on internal and external appointments and visits, producing notes and/or minutes as required
- Reply to the Managing Director/Directors correspondence as delegated
- Undertake assignments on behalf of the Managing Director/Directors which contribute to business development and improvement
- Assist in the preparation of bids as required
- Process expenses, mileage and credit card reconciliation as required
- Manage and drive the marketing/communications calendar including social media/internal newsletters
- Compilation of project case studies including gathering information/evidence to produce the final document
- Management of internal SharePoint site - liaising with the wider team to gather content
- Experience of working as a personal assistant
- Wide range of experience of administrative work
- Advanced word processing/typing skills
- Effective inter-personal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to effectively prioritise time and work
