Location: Cavendish Place, London with flexible/agile working available, with occasional travel to the office required.
Contract: Permanent, full-time - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.
Responsibilities
In this exciting Personal Assistant role, you'll play an essential role to our Senior Management Team. You'll provide administrative services and proactive diary management to our Group Safety, Health and Wellbeing Director and Sustainability Director, including, but not limited to, arranging meetings, organising travel and preparing expenses. You'll also co-ordinate key meetings, preparation of agendas and meeting papers. The role will involve supporting key projects and managing all invoicing, including raising Purchase Orders and collating monthly reports.
Who are we looking for?
A highly organised, confident individual with a proven track record of communicating and influencing across a range of audiences both internally and externally. Ideally, you'll be qualified to degree level and demonstrable PA experience in supporting leadership and fast-paced teams. You'll be a good communicator, both written and verbal and able to demonstrate initiative and a problem solver. You'll also be proficient with MS Office, particularly Word and Excel and an ability to deliver results where objectives and priorities change.
