The role of PA focuses on providing key administrative support to our Senior Directors and being the face of the business for any visitors. PA's role is to personally assist the Managing Director, Senior Management and Marketing team in our Gleeson Land Team and to ensure the smooth running of the offices on a day-to-day basis.

Main Responsibilities
- Organise and maintain Managing Director's diary and Senior team.
- Monitor/manage emails on behalf of the Managing Director
- Maintain Outlook contact information for the Managing Director
- Booking and arranging travel and accommodation for the Managing Director and the Senior team.
- Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations and all other correspondence
- Responsible for scheduling/coordinating meetings
- Answering telephone calls, transferring, diverting and forwarding messages and Greeting/Assisting visitors. Assisting & directing clients and land owners in line with procedures
- Preparation of monthly board reports by the scheduled deadline and maintaining existing reports day to day on behalf of the Directors
- Administering of all incoming and outgoing post to specific departments
- Typing of letters, memos and any other relevant documents
- Setting up of standard documents on the computer. Monitor and update systems and documents
- Marketing Support: Internal Marketing & Comms Inclusive of : submitting GL news for Gleeson Weekly
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and the Senior team.
- Assist with general office management
- Greeting, directing and dealing with visitors for the Senior team
- Arranging refreshments and lunches for internal and external meetings
- Ensure notice boards are up to date with relevant information

Ideal Candidate
- Administrative experience essential
- Organisational skills
- Strong IT skills and a good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good Communication Skills, both verbal and written
- Discretion and trustworthiness; often party to confidential information
- Previous experience working as a Personal Assistant (desirable)
- Exposure to marketing (desirable)
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to be proactive and take the initiative
