We are currently recruiting for Picker Packer roles to join our amazing team in Shirebrook, Mansfield to work with one of the UK's biggest and best known British retail groups.

As a Picker Packer you will need to have:

  • A good standard of verbal and written English
  • Good numeracy skills

Pay rates:

  • Mornings - up to 11.50p/h
  • Afternoons - up to 12.25p/h
  • Nights - up to 13.00p/h

Hours of work:

  • Mornings: 06:00-14:30 / 40h per week;
  • Afternoons : 14:30pm-23:00pm Rota Any 5 from 7 / 40h per week;
  • Nights: 21:45pm-6:15am Rota 4on / 2off / 40h per week
  • Rota applied accordingly - Any 5 from 7
  • Access to the Everlast Staff Gym for only £10 per month
  • Successful candidates will receive a site H&S induction and full training
  • Location: Distribution Centre, Shirebrook, Mansfield NG20 8RY

Role of a Picker Packer:

  • Picking & Packing sporting items across the warehouse
  • Loading & Unloading stock and pallets across the warehouse
  • Standing or walking long period between 5 and 8.5 hours
  • Lifting and moving products up to 25kg
  • Pushing and pulling up to 25kg in weight
  • Manual dexterity in both hands and wrists
  • Other general warehouse duties

The role involves the following physical requirements on a daily basis:

  • Standing or walking long periods between 5 and 8.5 hours (depending on shifts)
  • Lifting and moving products up to 25kg
  • Lifting, bending, reaching above the head, crouching and/or stretching
  • Pushing and pulling up to 25kg in weight
  • Manual dexterity in both hands and wrists
