Job Title: Pipefitter - Student Accommodation ProjectLocation: Smethwick, Birmingham Start Date: ASAPJob Type: Temporary (with potential for ongoing work)
Job Description: We are currently looking for an experienced Pipefitter to join our team on a student accommodation build in Smethwick, Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and fitting pipework systems to a high standard as part of a large-scale M&E package.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation of screwed, copper, and plastic pipework
Working from technical drawings and site plans
Coordinating with other trades and supervisors on-site
Ensuring all work complies with health & safety regulations and site standards
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pipefitter on commercial or residential builds
Ability to read and work from drawings
CSCS/Skill Card (Plumbing or Pipefitting)
Own tools and PPE
