McGinley are seeking skilled and experienced Pipelayers to join our groundworks team on a high-profile construction project. The role involves installing a variety of underground pipes, including water, sewer, and stormwater systems, while maintaining accuracy and adhering to safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated professionals to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and connect pipes for drainage, water, and sewer systems.
- Excavate and prepare trenches to required depths and alignments.
- Backfill and compact trenches to ensure stability and safety.
- Work closely with site supervisors and engineers to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Comply with health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and maintaining a clean worksite.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pipelayer or in similar groundworks roles.
- Strong understanding of pipe installation techniques and trench preparation.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices in construction.
- CSCS card is essential; other certifications (e.g., confined space, street works) are advantageous.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a physically demanding environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to deliver high-quality work under pressure
