Location: Bedfordshire
Salary: Up to £40,000 (subject to experience)

Following a recent acquisition, this employer has seen their Pitched Roofing division grow substantially over the past two years. Now ready to expand and build on this performance, we want to speak with skilled and ambitious estimators who would relish a leading role in the Pitched Roofing division.
This long-established contractor has grown from a flat roofing contractor into a leading provider of total building envelope works. Success in other areas has given this business a strong blueprint for sustainable and profitable growth. This is the perfect time to join their latest division, Pitched Roofing, and reap the rewards of their expanding client group. You can expect to work on a range of quotes from £1K - £1M in value using excel based estimating system working with private clients, housing associations and local authorities.
The Role:
* Reviewing take offs and surveys
* Producing accurate cost estimates
* Obtain sub-contractor prices and manage relationships
* Contribution to contract review meetings with senior stakeholders when new contracts are secured
* Working to tight deadlines and maintaining high standards of presentation and accuracy
* A team mentality and can-do attitude are essential in this busy and expanding roofing division
The Package:
* Salary up to £40,000 - subject to experience
* 21 days holiday + stats
