Behind every successful kitchen improvement is a skilled supervisor making sure the role is done right. As our Planned Supervisor (Kitchens), you'll take ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring every kitchen replacement is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality. You'll coordinate contractors, oversee workmanship, and communicate with customers to make sure they feel informed and supported throughout the process. This role is about delivering homes our customers can be proud of.What you'll do: * Manage the operational delivery within agreed budgets, objectives and targets.* Work closely with the CLO to ensure customer information is kept up to date and provided to team members appropriately.* Carry out annual and interim Performance & Development Reviews, alongside monthly personal progress reviews.* Ensure Quality Control audits are carried out, along with post inspections of planned work.* Carry out pre and post inspections of works completed by direct operatives and sub-contractors to ensure quality standards.What we're looking for:We are looking for someone who shares our values:Customer driven - putting customers at the heart of every project. Accountability - taking ownership for the quality and safety of work delivered.Develop and learn - seeking out improvement and opportunities to grow.Champion communication - keeping colleagues, contractors, and customers informed at every stage.You'll bring:* Excellent practical knowledge of the following trades: plastering, decorating, plumbing, heating, electrical, kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, carpentry.* Cat A & Cat B Asbestos training (or working towards).* Experience in social housing planned maintenance delivery via an in-house team.* Supervisory or management experience -managing a large in-house team and having good understanding of CDM regulations.* Excellent H&S knowledge.* Knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel, Word and Power point.Please note: Successful candidate will be required to undertake a basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
