Contract: Full time, Permanent.



Responsibilities



As a Planner, you'll be supporting the team in managing the planning phase to determine the construction sequences

Your day to day will include:



  • Working independently and collaboratively to build a fully compliant NEC programme which reflects known industry outputs against the quantifiable data produced by taking off quantities from drawings, considering the sequential build requirements and on-site logistics
  • Produce a fully logic linked programme, from procurement, inclusive of design, approvals, lead in periods, construction activities both Build and MEP, commissioning periods and handover requirements.
  • Produce/input into the internal planners reporting pack for the monthly commercial meeting which includes, rescheduling, drop line and progressed items to with percentage complete.
  • Be adaptable, willing to analyse and challenge information received from within the team and/or from the; supply chain; Multi-Disciplinary Consultants; or Client.


Who are we looking for?

This role of Planner is great for you if you are:

  • Fully proficient in ASTA Powerproject, working with coding, calendars and critical path analysis.
  • Proficient in Google Sketch, Auto CAD or Revit to produce Logistics Drawings and Sequences as well as have worked on High Value Complex NEC 3 and or 4 projects, either within a Planning team and or as the only planning resource.
  • Able to run, interrogate and mitigate/correct the programme health check software to validate programme robustness, logic links, negative float and other programme specifics deemed necessary.
  • Have a CSCS card.
