Duties:

  • Making engineer appointments for electrical testing and smoke detector installations
  • Dealing with tenants via letter, email and telephone
  • Updating engineers diaries with updated appointments
  • Re arranging cancelled appointments

Ideal candidate:

  • Strong IT skills
  • Understanding of how to use excel
  • Good with people
  • Great telephone etiquette
