- Develop integrated, linked programmes to support work winning activities and live projects
- Update project programmes to reflect progress and / or changes in the build sequence
- Carry out site visits to monitor and report progress of construction programmes when required
- Interrogate progress information supplied to ensure that progress is reported accurately and with reference to the contract
- Analyse critical paths and key milestones and advise Project Managers of any risks, opportunities and any mitigation strategies to maintain the project completion date.
As a Planner you will have: Construction experience and be either working in a similar role or be interested in pursuing a career in planning. You must have knowledge of how buildings are constructed and an ability to produce programmes is highly desirable. You will be using Asta Powerproject planning software. You'll be an effective team player and willing to challenge at times. A driving license is essential for this role as there will be some requirement to travel to our sites across the UK. You'll be experienced in working in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritise tasks. Why Portakabin?
