This is a fantastic opportunity to join an environmental-friendly client based company in the Oxfordshire area that pride themselves on providing bespoke Design and Build Solutions that are highly sustainable and beautifully green.
The role:
Reporting to the Development Director, this is a critical new role for the business, focusing on data manipulation, reporting and end-to-end planning.
You will be responsible for populating and coordinating data to prepare reports giving visibility of key milestone stages in design output, procurement lead time, manufacturing operations and site activities. You will be actively assisting the management team with high level macro and micro planning and decision making to detail scheduling of projects from beginning to end viacollation and presentation of project data.
You will be responsible for:
* Maintaining and managing the overview planning system using paper and electronic systems
* Developing and maintaining detailed planning reports and tracking systems
* Working closely the rest of the business to gather regular project data updates and feedback as well as prepare reports for, and attend, weekly planning meetings
* Ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System, keeping paper and electronic documentation, records and filing up to date.
* Operating with the highest regard to Health & Safety ensuring compliance with the Health & Safety policy.
About You:
Highly organised and strong attention to detail
Expert user of Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of health and safety procedures
Previous knowledge of using in-house databases
Previous experience with data analysis
Previous expereince with Quality Management Systems desirable but not essential
