Great services don't just happen - they're carefully planned.As a Planner at Selwood Housing, you'll play a key role in coordinating our repairs and maintenance service, making sure we deliver an efficient, responsive service for our customers.About the RoleThis role sits at the heart of our repairs and maintenance service, making sure our customers receive a timely, reliable experience. As a Planner, you'll be responsible for scheduling and managing the daily workload of our operatives, ensuring resources are used effectively and jobs are completed on time.What you'll do:

Manage operative diaries and schedule repairs using DRS and other systems. Prioritise appointments based on urgency, location, and operative availability. Liaise with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth service delivery. Monitor inboxes and queues to respond quickly to emergencies and follow-up needs. Support compliance and supervisor's processes and help maintain legal and safety standards. A standard of education equal to GCSE's including grade 4/C or above in English and Maths or equivalent experience. Experience of diary management. Knowledge of appointment scheduling software. Previous experience in a customer focused environment and excellent phone manner. Experience of Microsoft office, specifically outlook, word and excel. Self-motivation and commitment to Selwood's values.
