Contract Anglian Water

The role of Planning Coordinator is a multi-disciplined position. The main function is to prepare weekly programme of works for teams in conjunction with the Planning Manager and associated Stakeholders.

Key Information
The Anglian Water contract is a busy hub of activity and you would need to be able perform several different tasks at once, from submitting notices to the NRSWA Hub to monitoring and responding to customer generated enquiries in line with Sim guidelines. As a business we use several different types of software to keep the contract running, we would prefer a working knowledge of these such as SAP, Click and G-Net although training will be provided. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel would be highly beneficial, including Microsoft Project (Programming software). On this contract the operational 'dig' teams work on reactive and planned maintenance across sites installing new drinking water supplies and connection pipework for Anglian Water. We would need you to create 'job packs', ensuring the correct information is included and to Kiers quality standard. You would need to be in regular contact with the teams on site, planning the gang resource (dig teams) and liaising all stakeholders. In liaison with the Ops and Engineering team you will pay a key part in planning the work and maintaining the programme. Customer service is very important to us as a business and not just to the public but also Anglian Water who we deliver these works for. If you are enthusiastic and able to work collaboratively in a busy environment, then please apply. Having knowledge of utility construction processes would be desirable but not essential and full training will be provided. In return kier are offering a completive salary and package.

Closing Date - 31/10/18
