Experienced Planners will enjoy working for this well established contractor who specialise in the delivery of Data centre projects across Europe. Responsibilities:

  • Develop bid programmes to support and compliment bid submissions
  • Develop, maintain and review detailed master construction programmes and project controls procedures for live projects
  • Work with Project Directors and site teams to develop and maintain effective Project Planning Strategies and Programmes
  • Prepare and present progress reviews to senior management
  • Business development activities with new clients
  • Liaise with stakeholders to review progress of projects, supporting risk identification and proactive problem solving
  • Create and maintain schedules for the pre-construction, construction, and commissioning phases of specific projects as requested
  • Establish and maintain project schedule resource requirements across all projects
  • Develop and Communicate tools for the effective target completion of project goals
  • Provide performance updates / reports for identification of variances and corrective actions
  • Planning representative in Client & Subcontractor meetings
  • Develop and coach the members of the planning team across projects and prioritise workloads, delegate appropriately and be an effective role model.

Requirements:

  • Relevant 3rd level qualification
  • Minimum of 8years post qualification experience (preferably including M&E contracting experience)
  • Experience in Primavera P6 software required (min 5years)
  • Ability to interrogate & challenge where necessary Main Contractor / General Contractor programmes
