Location: This is an agile role where you will be based out of our Norwich office with home working available
Business area: Utilities- Anglian Water
Contract: Permanent- Full time. We can also offer this position as part time/ job share
Salary: circa £21,000 per annum
We are now recruiting for a Technical Administrator to join our Kier Utilities team, working in our shared services plant admin team across our Anglian Water IMDS, IMR and IOS contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the procurement of hired in plant equipment for site. Dealing with verbal and written requests for plant; maintaining accurate information and records including servicing queries.
- Provide weekly reports on plant status, whilst maintaining procedures and processes vital for the efficient and effective operations of the Solutions Delivery Team.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be key, as you ensure timely on and off hires of equipment.
- Good attention to detail with excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Good knowledge of IT, with sound analytical skills and an ability to multi-task.
- It would also be desirable to hold experience in stock control as well as experience within a customer facing environment.
