I am currently working with a leading contractor in the Public Sector to appoint a Plasterer to work across Greater Manchester and Stockport. For the right candidates, this will be an excellent opportunity to secure a successful career with a market leader in the industry.
My client carries out both responsive repairs and maintenance and void property work on behalf of reputable housing associations. They are looking for a time served Plasterer, who can turn their hand to other basic trades in a 'Multi-Skilled' role (basic plaster Joinery/Plumbing ect that needs completing in properties as and when required).
My client is looking for candidates based in Stockport/Macclesfield but travel around Greater Manchester is to be expected.
Candidates must have their skilled CSCS Card and be able to drive. It would also be desirable if candidates had came from a Public Sector/Social housing background.
A company vehicle will be provided along with uniform, PDA, PPE and fuel card.
Annual salary circa £26.5K - £29.5k plus some excellent company benefits including but not limited to:
