Salary: £35,105.00 per annum
We have an exciting opportunity for a Plasterer to join one of the oldest and largest not-for-profit housing associations in London on a full-time, permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- All aspects of plastering including boarding ceilings, full re-skims, and patch plastering
- Basic carpentry, tiling and plumbing repairs
- Using a PDA device to accept jobs, plan a schedule and sign off works when completed for inspection.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- SMSTS Health and Safety
- First Aid Trained
- NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 or above in Plastering
- DBS check (preferred)
- Own trade specific tools
