Salary: £39,780.00 - £44,200.00 per annum
We have an opportunity for a Plasterer to join a successful housing repairs and maintenance team on a local housing association contract.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking all plastering tasks including patch and larger plastering works, decorating, tiling and associated or other minor maintenance tasks.
- Using a PDA to receive instructions, and to feedback electronically details of works undertaken, or works to be undertaken.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- City & Guilds/ NVQ in Plastering OR Plasterer CSCS Card
- Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP
- Basic Criminal Record Check
