Salary: £34,600.00 per year
We are looking for a Plumber to assist in the reactive repairs and maintenance of social housing and void operations in Staines.
Daily responsibilities of a Plumber are:
- Undertaking responsive maintenance and/or planned works within occupied and void properties
- Bathroom installations or repairing/replacing any component within toilets, sinks, and baths
- Radiator replacement, three way valves, immersion elements, and tank/cylinder replacement (no gas)
- Updating PDA devices with key information and work schedules
Requirements of a Plumber are:
- NVQ Level 2 or above in Plumbing
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous experience within social housing or a fast-paced repairs environment
- Asbestos Awareness (desirable)
