Salary: £17.00 to 18.00 per hour
We are currently seeking an experienced Plumber to join the property services team covering properties in and around Hammersmith and Fulham. You will carry out maintenance works in residents homes efficiently and to a high standard, whilst adhering to all health and safety requirements.
Responsibilities of a Plumber are:
- Carrying out plumbing and wet plumbing tasks on a reactive breakdown and planned maintenance service
Requirements of a Plumber are:
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbin
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)

- Company van and fuel card supplied
- Bonus scheme of up to £500.00 per month on completed jobs
- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
- Overtime for additional earnings
The ideal candidate for this position must have previous experience in social housing, housing associations or domestic properties.
