We are currently seeking an experienced Plumber to join one of the largest housing associations in the UK.

Responsibilities of a Plumber are:

Undertaking all aspects of responsive and planned plumbing repairs and maintenance within both tenanted and void properties
Installing pipes and fixtures such as sinks and toilets
Repairing and maintaining plumbing, replacing defective washers, replacing or mending broken pipes, and opening clogged drains.
Repairing patching of plaster and replacing small areas of tiles
Bathroom installations
Updating PDA devices with work schedules and other key information as required
