Salary: £35,000.00 per annum
We have an exciting opportunity for a Plumber to join one of the oldest and largest not-for-profit housing associations in London on a full-time, permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking all aspects of responsive and planned plumbing repairs and maintenance within both tenanted and void properties
- Installing pipes and fixtures such as sinks and toilets
- Repairing and maintaining plumbing, replacing defective washers, replacing or mending broken pipes, and opening clogged drains.
- Repairing patching of plaster and replacing small areas of tiles
- Bathroom installations
- Updating PDA devices with work schedules and other key information as required
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- SMSTS Health and Safety
- First Aid Trained
- NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 or above in Plumbing
- DBS check (preferred)
- Own trade specific tools
