Salary: £18.00 - £20.00 per hour
We are looking to recruit a Plumber to join the responsive maintenance division, delivering reactive maintenance for a social housing contract.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking repair/renewal works to plumbing installations, and associated or minor maintenance tasks utilising your multi trade experience.
- Working alongside colleagues or contractors to complete complex orders
- Using PDA to receive instructions, and to feedback electronically details of works undertaken, or works to be undertaken.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- City & Guilds/NVQ in Plumbing OR JIB-PMES CSCS Plumber Blue Card
- Basic DBS Certificate
- Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP
