We are looking for 2 to 3 Pipe Fitter and /or Plumbers to join a team on a permanent career opportunity. This is a Project/Installation post as opposed to maintenance, so the candidate will ideally have extensive experience in mechanical and plumbing engineering within the commercial sector.
We are based in Stratford upon Avon Warwickshire but have been working in and around the M25 for the past 10 years.
Projects included Hotels, Multi Story Student accommodation, Multi Story accommodation ,office refits etc. CAT A & B
Types of works covered: Depending on Plumber and /or Pipe Fitter or Pipe fitter welder
> Experienced in installation works
> Working in and around London in commercial premises (occasionally traveling further afield maybe required)
> Installation of Pumps & Pipework
> Installation of New Pipework
> ½” – 6” steel, copper, plastic and cast iron pipework
> Boiler headers – low loss/flow and return
> Direct and indirect, vented and unvented HWS Systems
> Air handling units – installation and piping of the coils
> LTHW
> Fan Coil Units – chilled, LTHW, drainage
> Wash rooms- Toilets, Basins Showers, Tea points first and second fixes
> Drainage
Commercial Plumber Pipe Fitter Qualifications & Skills:
> Qualified in Plumbing/Pipe Fitting or Mechanical Engineering to NVQ Level 2 and above
> CSCS Card
> IPAF/PASMA would be beneficial
> 3+ years post qualified experience in the install/commercial sector
> Full UK Drivers Licence
Salary and Benefits:
> Negotiable Depending on location and experience
> Paid Home to Home (Based on basic salary rate (Monday – Friday)
> Weekend overtime paid at increased rates (Time and a Quarter & Time and a Half)
> Price work and bonuses available on some projects.
> Company Van & Fuel Card. (Other Travel Expenses covered IE, Tube Train etc)
> 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays increasing by 1 day after 3 years, every year to a maximum of 5 days
> Company Pension
