Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Location: Cardiff, Wales
Salary: £20 - £24 per hour (Temporary Basis)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Gas Engineer/Plumber to join our clients team, operating in the Cardiff area. This temporary-to-permanent position offers a dynamic role involving the connection and disconnection of gas cookers in kitchens, first-fix plumbing, and the provision of CP12 gas certificates.
Key Responsibilities:
Gas Cooker Installation/Disconnection:
- Skillfully connect and disconnect gas cookers in various properties.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
First Fix Plumbing:
- Undertake first-fix plumbing tasks on different properties.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
CP12 Gas Certificates:
- Conduct inspections and assessments to issue CP12 gas certificates.
- Maintain accurate records of completed certifications.
Temporary-to-Permanent Role:
- Transition into a permanent position based on performance and suitability.
Requirements:

ACS/Gas Safe Certificate:
- Essential requirement for the role.
- Up-to-date certification is mandatory.

Experience:
- Proven experience in gas engineering and plumbing.
- Familiarity with regulations and safety standards.

Availability:
- Monday to Friday availability.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Salary and Benefits:
