Protocol are working alongside a fantastic College in Gloucester to recruit a Plumbing and heating Assessor on a full time basis, up to 37 hours per week.

The main duties are to Motivate, inspire and lead learners in the achievement of their qualifications. To Contribute to the achievement of Centre targets in respect of learner recruitment, attendance, retention, progress and achievement

Role responsibilities
Guide and support learners as to the required evidence for their NVQ or apprenticeship standard
Support, train and guide learners and develop their personal and professional attitudes, skills and abilities with regard to assessment and verification
To have a sound knowledge and understanding of Apprenticeship programmes

The person & qualifications
An assessor qualification (A1 or CAVA)
Minimum of Level 4 qualification in specialist area
Must have a Positive, optimistic and self-motivated attitude,also an enthusiasm for professional development
