This prestigious college based in Staffordshire are currently seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Practitioner to join the Construction and Plumbing department to train, develop, support and assess apprentices working within a Plumbing environment across a range of disciplines and levels, including frameworks, standards and higher apprenticeships. The role will also involve working with leading multinational employers to develop bespoke training/apprenticeship programmes within the College and out in the workplace.
The successful candidate will be able to plan and use a range of effective and appropriate teaching and learning techniques in both classroom and workshop situations. You will have a strong record of ensuring apprentices reach their timely achievement dates and progressing onto further levels. You will also be able to demonstrate how you have worked with both levy and non-levy companies and meet the requirements of each.
This role is a full time, permanent placement consisting of full days Monday to Friday.

Experience assessing apprenticeships across a range of levels
