Protocol are currently working with a fantastic Gloucestershire based college that have a wide range of courses, ranging from Apprenticeships all the way through to Higher Education and taking on students from all over the world.
In 2016 Ofsted rated them 'Good' showing a strong dedication to their student's well-being and helping them forward in their journey for success whether that be to start their own careers or venture into Higher Education.
They are currently recruiting for a Plumbing Asessosr to work.
Role responsibilities
Motivate, inspire and lead learners in the achievement of their qualifications
Support, train and guide learners and develop they're personal and
professional attitudes, skills and abilities with regard to assessment and
verification
Work closely with employers and the sales team to secure new
business for the college
Assess learners and provide feedback demonstrating a clear
understanding of minimum requirements for competence whilst embedding maths and English
The person & qualifications
Up to date industry knowledge of Plumbing and Heating
Minimum of Level 3 qualification in both Plumbing and Heating
Willingness to work towards an assessor qualification (CAVA)
