Protocol are working closely with a college supporting them to recruit for a Plumbing Course Team Leader based in Nottinghamshire.
The college are the largest single provider of education to school leavers in an area bridging South Yorkshire and North Nottinghamshire. They deliver excellent technical training and Apprenticeships for young people each year, propelling them forward to employment or undergraduate courses, taking an active role in supporting the local business community to thrive and succeed.
In this curriculum area the college deliver to a range of learners including full-time learners on study programmes, adults on part-time programmes and apprentices. In this role you will be responsible for delivering and leading on all levels of plumbing from Entry to Level 3.
As a Curriculum Team Leader, you will coordinate and lead a group of programmes and will deliver teaching each year, completing the relevant preparation and marking that supports this, and setting SMART targets to enable students to reach their potential.
This is a full time, permanent position!
The person & qualifications
Hold a teaching qualification
Experience within the industry
You should have experience of co-ordination and managing a range of courses
Hold an assessors award
Experience within a similar role (or be a very experienced lecturer/assessor)
Hold a minimum level 3 plumbing qualification (or equivalent)
