Salary: £35,000.00 per annum
We are currently seeking an experienced Plumbing Maintenance Operative with strong multi-skilled experience to join the housing repairs team in a mobile role on behalf of Epsom and Ewell Council.
Working hours are from 08:00 am to 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday. You will also have the opportunity to participate in an on-call rota system. This system not only enables you to enhance your earnings but also involves you in additional make-safe repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Installing sanitary ware
- Flushing
- Laying pipework
- Tracing leaks
- Conducting legionella testing
- Fire alarm testing
- Repairing locks
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (clean)
- DBS Disclosure
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating

The ideal candidate for this position must have previous experience in social housing, housing associations or domestic properties.
