Role responsibilities
*Undertake other course specific duties as requested by the Curriculum Director.
*Lead on curriculum design and development of specific course(s).
*Monitor performance on courses in area of responsibility and instigate action plans as appropriate.
*Develop strategies for maximising success rates and, where appropriate, value added.
*Keep and maintain Course Team portfolio.
The person & qualifications
*At least 2 years experience of successful teaching on relevant courses/in area or related courses and of developing the curriculum
*Experience of monitoring and improving performance on courses
*Experience of improving value added and success rates
*Experience of leading and minuting team meetings
*Experience of handling conflicting demands and coping with them
*Must have a valid DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
*Must have a formal teaching qualification
