Protocol are working with a leading FE College based in the West London area. It is a very well-established College graded as "Outstanding" by Ofsted. The College's students are at the heart of what they do, and their priority is to prepare all their learners for the future. The excellent staff and facilities ensure that they provide a well-rounded learning experience to students to help them reach their full potential. Last year over 800 students from the A-Level and Vocational Courses went on to study at top universities.
Our client currently has an exciting opportunity to join them on a full time permanent basis as a Plumbing Technician starting ASAP. Salary £21000 to £25000 per annum.
Role responsibilities:
To ensure general maintenance and undertake simple repairs for the equipment to support the Plumbing course provision offered at the College
To support and deliver student skills within the workshop/classroom
To ensure health & Safety is adhered to
The person and qualifications:
Qualified to Level 3 in Plumbing (or related subject area)
ACS Qualifications - CCN1, WAT1, CEN1, CKR, MET1, DAH1, CPA1 / HTR1
Unvented Hot Water Certificate
Water Regulations Qualifications
Assessor Qualification (Desirable)
Relevant Plumbing Industry experience
Able to work with learners aged 16 t o 19 years of age
