About the role as Poling Operative
Working on the BT ONSA contract in Hampshire and Berkshire including the Isle of Wight. You will be building/maintaining the BT Openreach Network, replacing, planting, dressing, and maintaining poles for the Overhead Network.

What we need from you:
- Full Drivers Licence - Each crew will require a minimum of one HGV CAT C driver licence holder to drive the poling vehicle.
- Able to start/finish at the depot in Basingstoke daily and to travel around Hampshire and Berkshire including the Isle of White if required
- Poling and Civils experience within the telecoms industry
- Can do attitude and able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Have or had experience in overhead network cabling
- Risk assessment and hazard identification and a strong focus on Health and Safety practices
- NOPS (Smart Awards Card) with in date relevant poling qualifications
- NRSWA street works operative unit 2.
