£25,000 per annum
Must have previous experience within Repairs/Social Housing
The post holder will assume responsibility for completing all jobs assigned to them by the company. Work tasks can include but not limited to, scheduling PPM servicing works for engineers, create unsatisfactory and satisfactory certification for Emergency Lighting & P.A.T Testing, quotations for EML remedial works, booking appointments with residents/site staff to gain access to properties, uploading Asbestos reports onto works orders, day-to-day generic updating of spreadsheets and client portals.
The company will expect all jobs to be completed to a high standard.

- Knowledge of Word/Excel/Microsoft Office
