The Manager of Preconstruction Services for our Client is responsible for managing preconstruction engagements in Southern California in relation to prefabricated façade systems and products, including architectural precast, C-CAPP, GFRC and integrated glazing systems across all relevant markets. He/she is charged with helping identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the region, selling the value of our products and approach, and managing estimates and customer engagement related to specific projects.
Managerial
- Demonstrates a high level of leadership talent and skills, with strong capabilities in being part of a high-performance preconstruction team.

Strategic
- Ensures the best use of resources by assisting the Director of Sales for Façade Systems in defining long-range goals and is responsible for aligning the company's business and sales plans.
- Develops together, with senior management, goals and objectives, as well as the strategic and tactical sales plan for achieving prefabricated facade business goals and objectives.
- Assesses the demand and market share for façade products that are not part of the company's current offerings. Assist in developing the capability to add such new products and in the development of technical knowledge and tools for implementation.
- Assists in identifying cutting edge technology, new construction techniques and procedures to keep the company ahead of the competition.
- Increase CP's market share of design-build projects.
- Look for opportunities to escalate technology application.
Operational
- Establishing sales and revenue goals and programs/procedures with input from senior management to increase market share of our Façade Systems in Southern CA.
- Gets involved with potential clients as an earlier influencer toward prefabricated design- build facades.
- Maintaining and assisting relationship development and favorable contacts with current and potential customers.
- Develop a partnering relationship with customers.
- Develop knowledge of trends, competition, end user (consumer) needs.
- Be the company's liaison through and at technical events, forums, conferences, etc.
Organizational/Departmental:
- Participates with the management team in achieving the sales budget and evaluates its effectiveness relative to achieving stated goals and objectives
- Managing program for targeting potential customers and developing relationships in order to acquire new accounts.
- Identify potential markets (market sectors, players to contact, & contact organization chart).
- Participate in company leadership as member of management team.
- Develop partnering relationships.
- Develop distinctive leadership in creativity and customer focus.
