Job Title: Pre works Coordinator

Location: Birmingham

We are now recruiting for Pre-Works Coordinator to join the team in Birmingham. The post-holder will be responsible for ensuring any maintenance repairs on the network on done within the target time to ensure KPIs are met.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Works Coordinator, you will be planning and scheduling the work for both internal and external operations, ensuring a high level of service is maintained throughout. Accountable for ensuring the corporate procedures are complied with, job packs are relevant and properly prepared, programmes of work are clear and adequate. The planning repairs will be on carriageways, footways, street lighting, arboriculture, street furniture and drainage.

We are seeking candidates who?

  • Have effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate sound working knowledge of software systems such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Confirm
  • Are proficient and accurate in producing reports as well as entering data onto databases and spreadsheets
