Kier Places are recruiting now for an Assistant Facilities Manager / Premises Manager to manage and deliver FM services to the school site and associated users, on our contract with BSF Lewisham Schools, on the Trinity School site.

Key Responsibilities

In this exciting role as a Premises/Assistant Facilities Manager, you will coordinate the provision of planned and reactive maintenance across the site, supervising the onsite team and ensuring the work requirements are aligned to the needs of the contract. You'll also provide training support to the onsite FM team and have a visible presence on the school site to react to any incident or school management request.


What are we looking for?

You'll have previous experience within an FM or PFI discipline, with a solid understanding of health and safety legislation. You'll also have a good understanding of the FM service, and the demands of the client and will have developed positive working relationships with schools, staff and governors. You'll also lead by example, understand the contractual laws and understand the distinction between a customer and contractual requirements.
