Accessible on public transport Interviewing immediately Daytime hours Mon - Thurs 0600 - 1530 Friday 0600 - 12.30 Paying between £28,000 to £32,000 per annum dependant on experience Unlimited overtime available and paid at a premium Laser/Pressbrake Supervisor Description The role of Laser/Pressbrake supervisor is a demanding role so ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure As a Laser/Pressbrake Supervisor you will work closely as part of the manufacturing team and report to the production manager The main role and responsibilities of a Laser/ Pressbrake supervisor but are not limited to, the following: ? Overseeing the production including the laser cutting and press brake machines ? Allocating work to employees, setting production targets and communicating precise instructions ? Manage a multi-disciplinary team of 10 full time employees ? Reported weekly status of builds to company Management ? Ensures that all employees work in a safe manner, in a safe environment ? Responsible for handling customer complaints and initiating corrective action Quality checks Laser/press brake supervisor roles specification ? Leadership ? Production Experience ?
