Principal Landscape Architect Job in Manchester
Principal Landscape Architect job is now available in my client's Manchester studio in the Northern Quarter.
The role offers flexible working with home working available. Due to ongoing success, they seek a Principal Landscape Architect to join its vibrant Manchester office. My client is a 100% employee-owned landscape consultancy who has 40 years of expertise and know how to deliver high-quality design and placemaking.
Role & Responsibilities
- Working on a range of project types from national transport infrastructure to Urban regeneration
- Working on LVIA and landscape assessment studies
- Running Projects across all stages to the point of delivery
- Working on creative context-driven designs
- Attending site visits when necessary.
Required Skills & Experience
- Good experience with all RIBA stages, project running, and consultant liaison
- 5+ years of UK experience post part III
- Good capability to develop and produce technical design packages
- Qualified Landscape Architect - ideally chartered with the landscape institute
- Strong conceptual landscape and public realm design skills
- Ability to work from the production of detailed design packages to delivering projects to the site
- Experience working across all RIBA stages including project running team leading and consultant liaison
- The ability to use Revit would be beneficial.
