We are working with a medium sized construction and property consultancy growing their sustainability team in London. This role is an Associate Netzero and Sustainability Strategy Consultant and the salary offering is £60K - £85K depending on the candidate. The role is mostly strategy focussed but with some assessment and implementation elements.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop strategies for Net Zero Carbon, building certification, and health & well-being
- Maintain up to date knowledge of low carbon technologies
- Provide regular design advice to clients
About you:
- Experience of BREEAM, LEED or WELL is preferable but not required.
- A science, engineering, or building-related degree; a building sustainability/energy related MSc
- Understanding of the UK construction sector and recent net zero policies and regulations
- Passionate about sustainability and net zero
