We have a fantastic opportunity for a Process Worker to join our Aircare team in Derby!
You will assemble and install manufactured components or products to agreed design specification and tolerance. This includes the safe handling, moving, installing, and finishing to specification and within deadlines under the guidance of a line manager.
Flexibility is required in this role due to the workload of projects and rectifications which are based on and off site.
Your working pattern will be 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 07:45 to 16:30 and finishing early on Friday at 15:30 (inclusive of lunch breaks).
Role Details
- Starting Salary: £26,729.04 / £13.18 p/h
- Opportunity to earn additional hourly rate between £466.44 - £7,909.20 / £0.23 p/h to £3.90 p/h, based on skill set and behaviours.
- Role based: Derby, DE74 2NP
- Contract type: Permanent
- Annual leave: 24 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
Role Responsibilities
* Prepare products to be installed or dismantled for safe transport.
- Control the receipt/dispatch and accounting of all materials adhering to full compliance to the Company operating procedures in relation to ordering materials, issuing materials, booking out materials and overall stock accuracy.
* Undertake the installation or dismantle of Building Services products to agreed standards in the most efficient manner.
* Carry out after hire inspections and report findings once the products are returned to the depot in order to prepare invoice for damages.
* Ensures that the stores area is maintained to an acceptable and organised standard, ensuring all material storage areas and walkways are clean, tidy and unobstructed, and stock checks are carried out as per the schedule.
* Ensure compliance with relevant Health and Safety practices and all applicable legislation to encourage and maintain a zero-harm environment and culture.

* Full UK Driving Licence.
