Position: Procurement Administrator

Location: Dublin South Salary: Negotiable DOE Key Responsibilities

* Ensure that Microsoft Nav is kept up to date with all relevant purchasing information
* Support the Procurement team with supply chain interactions
* Understand and distribute all drawing issues from the Design department
* Engaging with colleagues from other parts of the business on Continuous Improvement projects
* Interact with all relevant software's including any learning & development
* Support the procurement team in growing the efficiency of the department

Skill and Qualifications

* Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
* Data Entry experience
* Experience using Microsoft Navigation (desirable)
* Diploma or Degree (desirable)

Relationships

* Required to co-ordinate information with other departments, design, accounts, estimating
