Procurement Manager Job in Chelsea, London

Procurement Manager job available with a luxury architecture and interior design studio based in Chelsea, London! The position is with a studio of professionals in architecture, interior design, and building management. With projects typically ranging in value from £1-£10 million, this role will suit a procurement manager who has a background in the luxury design sector and knowledge of highly bespoke design. Offering a salary up to £55,000 plus benefits!

Specialising predominantly within the super prime residential sector, they have an extensive portfolio of luxury projects, including properties in Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Kensington, and Belgravia, as well as overseas. The practice prides itself on the quality of its design and attention to detail, with vast experience in creating truly outstanding homes, whilst lovingly retaining heritage features and developing their potential to maximize space and light.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist with sourcing FF&E and interior design item, collaborating with the wider FF&E and design team
  • Work closely with the project management team for scheduling and coordinating logistics
  • Liaise with suppliers both locally and internationally
  • Oversee and organise FF&E installations
  • Initial quality control checks on items and throughout the process
  • Administration and tracking of orders.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience within a similar position within a luxury design firm
  • Proficiency in MS Office and EstiPC
  • Knowledge of bespoke furniture design and materials
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

What you get back

  • Salary range of £50,000 - £55,000
  • 21 days annual leave, will increase by 1 day per year of service to a maximum of 26 days
  • Days out and events for all staff to attend.
